In some cases, we effectively become the HR department of your business, working hand-in-hand with you and your management team, interacting directly with your employees. From an operational sense, our involvement is seamless.
To give effect to our relationship and to show commitment by both parties, we enter into a formal Service Agreement. The Service Agreement outlines the specific services to be provided by Forster Emerson, the number of days involved, and the cost.
Forster Emerson is not a "consulting" company in the traditional sense. We do not simply come in, analyse your problems, make a set of recommendations in a report, then leave it up to you to implement those recommendations.
We are, instead, a human resource "management" company. We implement and maintain the solutions that have been identified. We manage your human resources and work to maximize the return on those resources.
