Trane’s Atlantic Canada operation has an opening for a Sales Assistant, working out of their Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office. The successful person will process and fulfill large volumes of sales orders for a highly motivated sales team located throughout Atlantic Canada.

Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include:

• Order entry.
• Follow-up correspondence.
• Coordinating deliveries.
• Prioritizing work.
• Reconcile billings.
• Strong computer skills.
• Handling credit requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Effective communicator.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
