Trane’s Atlantic Canada operation has an opening for an Inside Parts Sales Associate, working out of their Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office. The successful person will process and fulfill large volumes of sales orders for customers located throughout Atlantic Canada.

Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include:

• Filling parts orders.
• Growing the parts business.
• Ordering parts.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Customer service.
• Inventory control.
• processing warranty claims.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Strong computer skills.
• Self-starter.
• Effective communicator.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Productive, time-efficient work habits.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
